Patrik Jean is a Swedish artist and songwriter from Stockholm. Growing up in a big family, music quickly became his way to be heard. Throughout the last few years, while writing songs for other artists he has kept the most personal ones for himself. The time has come to share those very honest and emotional stories, with three singles and a six track EP coming this spring. In soulful pop songs he sings about guys and girls breaking his heart, and the phases you go through getting over someone.
Patrik Jean has written two singles for Felix Jaehn, one of which was number one on the German Airplay Chart, and he is featured on the latest album.
He wrote last year’s Danish summer anthem “Mad For It”, released by TooManyLeftHands.
He ended 2017 with writing “Treading Water” for Swedish Idol winner Chris Kläfford that went number one on the airplay chart, as well as Sweden Top 50 and Global Viral 50 on Spotify.
First release of 2018 was Low Life by Soleima, which ended up on the US Viral chart and on British BBC radio 1.
Stockholm-based artist and producer Finis Mundi began to gain attention through out SoundCloud with his innovative remixes. After the success with several remixes, Mundi released his debut single “Say That” in late 2016 ( Independent release). The single was critically acclaimed by both the industry and music blogs. ’’Say That’’ climbed on several Spotify charts and ended up at #22 on Spotify Viral (World) Chart and # 25 Spotify Viral (USA) Chart. Now, after “Say That” received nearly half a million streams on various music services.
Finis Mundi has received previous support from Dancing Astronaut, Good Music All Day, YourEDM and Hype Machine, among others, fast-rising genre-bending Swedish artist, producer and musician Finis Mundis is proud to unveil his highly anticipated debut album titled EVERYTHING AFTER.
Recorded in Sweden and Germany, EVERYTHING AFTER sees Finis Mundi collaborating with exciting new artists from across the world, including German artist and songwriter Novaa, who has racked over 12 million streams on Spotify, with support from BBC Radio 1, COLORS, and Indie Shuffle, and Australian artist Akacia, who has been backed by triple j, Complex and Majestic Casual, with over 10 million streams under her belt. American native Lilianna Wilde, and UK artist Island Fox also contribute, to give the album a truly global flavor.
Thematically, the album explores the different stages that we have all experienced in a doomed love story, from the initial falling in love moment, to the sometimes false sense of confidence in the relationship, down to the inevitable breakup and ensuing loneliness, every emotion is perfectly expressed and conveyed on this record by Finis Mundi and his carefully handpicked collaborations, which also includes fellow Swedish artist/producer August Vinberg, who has previously worked with Camila Cabello, Iggy Azalea, Icona Pop and MNEK, to mention a few.
Mundi is about to release his second single ’’Lose It All (What If)’’ on 4th of August. The track is written by Finis Mundi and Warner/Chapell (Sweden) Songwriter LAY. ’’Lose It All(What If)’’ In an unanswered feeling for the listener, the track takes the feeling and nervousness of daring to question each other.
